What is eBay?

eBay is an internet web site that hosts auctions for new and used merchandise ranging
from CDs and Books to antiques and cars.  It is the world's biggest marketplace.

What does BidFinders do for me?

For customers in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area who want to sell on eBay, BidFinders
does all the legwork for you, including picking up your items, writing your eBay
advertisement, taking professional photographs, listing the merchandise, answering
questions from the bidders, payment collection, and shipping product to the winning
bidder.  At the end of a successful auction, we send you a check with your auction
proceeds.

How much does BidFinders charge?

We charge you a percentage of the final sales price - the higher the final price of your
item, the lower our commission.  In addition, we require a $2.00 processing fee per item.
For more details, see our
selling details page.

What happens if my item doesn't sell?

If your item doesn't sell after the initial listing, it will be relisted, at no extra charge, for
seven days.  If the item still hasn't sold at the end of the second listing, you may pick-up
the item or have BidFinders donate it to charity.  We support the local efforts of St.
Vincent DePaul and donate unsold items to their organization.
